The Bear In Mind team

Ingredients of
a clear mind

Bear In Mind works closely with a broad range of associates who are experts in their fields. Our associates are unparalleled in their abilities to connect with organisations using personalised programs, using their combined practice and networks, cultivated through their years of experience (often in business).

We are consultants who work on awareness, coaching others and ourselves beyond the boundaries of psychology. We don’t change personalities – rather, we aim to give insight to the functioning of the ego, so that you can get the maximum benefit from being present in the here and now, however that may unfold.

Who are we?

She has many years of leadership experience in management positions at ING and WarChild, where she dealt with organisational and change issues. It is from Lotte’s personal vision and approach, as well as her passion for (self-)leadership, that she is now occupied with leadership awareness and non-duality – the space where innovation, creativity, and leadership come together.
